JustGiving is a public website which means that any information you put on your page can be picked up by search engines like Google, Yahoo or Bing. If you’ve created a Fundraising Page and included your real name, your Fundraising Page might appear in search results.

If you’d rather your name didn’t appear, the best thing to do is change the name on your account to either a nickname or your initials. You can do this by logging into your account, clicking on your name and 'Your Fundraising' in the top right hand corner and selecting 'Your Details'. Now click 'Edit your information' and change your first and last name, now click 'Update'.

If you’ve finished fundraising and would like to delete your page entirely, you can cancel your page in your JustGiving account.
