We’ll send a donation receipt by email to confirm your donation. If you’ve donated to a friend's fundraising page, your donation will show on the page straight away. Having problems donating? There are a few things to try:
Clear your browsing history and cookies
If you reached an 'Oops' error screen, clear the history and cookies on your mobile, then close your browser. Now, return to the page you'd like to donate to and try again.
Enable third party cookies and check the security settings on your device
If you’re having trouble completing the ‘Verified by Visa’ or ‘Mastercard Secure’ step of the process, check that third party cookies are enabled by going to the 'History' or 'Internet Options' setting in your browser. If you’ve forgotten your secure password for this step, follow the instructions to reset your password with the bank.
Try using a different device/browser
Particularly if you're donating from a work computer, the security package may be preventing us from processing the donation. Try a personal computer or mobile to make your donation.
Check your donation hasn’t been rejected by the bank
We'll let you know if your donation has been rejected and we'll send an email explaining you'll need to try again. Check the card details you’re entering before trying again. On a desktop, remove any saved cards in your account by clicking on 'Your Details' from within your account and 'Edit your cards'.
