When will the points I used for my donation be reflected on my Membership Rewards summary page?

Your transaction should appear on your Membership Rewards summary page within 2 to 4 business days after your donation is submitted. If it has been more than 4 business days since your transaction has occurred and the transaction is not showing in your Membership Rewards summary page, please contact Membership Rewards program Customer Care at 1-800-297-3276. If your transaction is not showing up on your Corporate Membership Rewards program statement, please contact Customer Care at 1-888-800-8564.

If there is a processing error with your choice to use points, your eligible Card will be charged and a corresponding credit will not be issued to the eligible Card account for your transaction. In this event, if you would like to use points for your transaction, please call Membership Rewards program Customer Care at 1-800-297-3276 or Corporate Membership Rewards Customer Care at 1-888-800-8564 for assistance
