From September 2025, you will no longer be able to use “continue with Twitch” when signing into your JustGiving account. Instead, please use your email address and a password to sign in. You will be prompted automatically to sign in with your email address and a password when signing in with Twitch is no longer available. 

Switching sign in method before September 

All  you need to do to change your sign in method from Twitch is create a JustGiving password using the 'Forgot your password?' link. Here's how:

1. Click here or visit https://www.justgiving.com/sso
2. Enter the email address associated with your Twitch account AND your JustGiving account.
3. Click 'Continue'.
4. Click on 'Forgot your password?' and follow the instructions.
5. Once you have created a password, you can return to the sign in page and access your JustGiving account with your email address and new password. 

Please note that the 'Forgot your password?' link will only appear once you have entered your email address and clicked 'Continue'.
