The tips are personalised to you and your fundraising progress. For example:
- If you’re just getting started, Hope might suggest an easy way to tell a few close friends about your page.
- If your page story is very short, Hope may suggest adding a few personal details about why the cause matters to you.
- If you’re close to your target, Hope might encourage you to share a milestone update to keep the momentum going.
Can I copy the tips and messages Hope gives me?
Yes. When Hope suggests a message (for example, something you could send or post), you can copy it easily and edit it to sound like you. You’re always free to change the wording before sharing.
Will the tips reference my actual page?
Yes. Hope looks at what’s already on your fundraising page — such as your goal, progress, images, and updates — so the advice is relevant to you and where you are in your journey.
Can I get multiple tips?
Yes. Once you’ve reviewed your first set of tips, you can ask Hope for more suggestions whenever you’re ready.
Can I edit or ignore the tips?
Absolutely. The tips are suggestions, not instructions. You’re always in control of your fundraising and can follow the advice, tweak it, or ignore it completely.
What if I get a tip that doesn’t seem right?
We’re always working to improve Hope. If something doesn’t feel helpful or appropriate, you can:
- Thumbs down — Tap the thumbs down button on the tip to let us know
- Report a problem — Select “Report a problem” from the menu in the coach chat
