As soon as you make a donation, we automatically send a donation receipt to the email you've given us.
If you haven't received a receipt, there's a possibility that your email account has automatically treated it as spam, so it's worth checking your spam folder to see if it's in there.
If you made your donation whilst logged in to your JustGiving account, you can log in to your account to access old donation receipts. Once you're in, click on your name in the top right-hand corner, and then select "Donation history". Click, "View receipt", to view a pdf version of your receipt.
If you made your donation via guest checkout, and haven't received a receipt, drop us an email and we'll arrange for another one to be sent out to you.
