The earliest you can withdraw your funds is 14 days after your page receives its first donation, provided you've added and verified your bank details. You don't need to wait for your Crowdfunding page to close before requesting a withdrawal.

If you don't withdraw your funds while your page is active, we'll automatically start the process of sending the funds to your verified bank account once your Crowdfunding page has closed.

How long does it take to receive my funds?

Once you've requested a withdrawal, or your page has closed, funds will typically reach your account within 4–6 working days.

In some cases, we may need to carry out additional checks before we can send your funds. This can delay your payment. We'll always aim to complete any checks as quickly as possible, but we're unable to guarantee a specific timeframe.

Bank holidays and holiday periods

During bank holidays and over the holiday season, payments can take longer. Please allow up to 15 working days for your funds to reach your account during these periods.
