Withdrawing funds

Due to our internal security protocols, the earliest you can withdraw is 14 days after your page receives it's first donation as long as you have added your bank details to your page, so you do not need to wait for the page to close in order to receive the funds. It then typically takes 4-6 working days for the funds to reach your chosen account once a withdrawal is made (click here for more information on adding bank details, and here for more information on withdrawals).

Early withdrawal requests

We understand that in some cases funds are needed urgently before the above time-frame. If you need to close your Crowdfunding page early in order to get the funds sooner, drop us an email and this can be reviewed to see if it's possible - please note, additional details may be requested.

Our teams are working around the clock to support thousands of people raising funds for their individual causes. Unfortunately, this means we cannot provide an exact time-frame as to when your early withdrawal request will be reviewed by the appropriate teams, nor can we guarantee that the request will be approved.
