We understand each Crowdfunding campaign is different, which is why we allow you to choose how long your campaign runs for. Pages are automatically set to run for 120 days but you can edit this by visiting the "Page settings" tab - the minimum page duration is 30 days, but you can also extend your page so that it's live for up to one year.
To change your page duration, all you need to do is:
1. Log into the correct JustGiving account, and click on the name in the top right, then click the "Fundraising" option in the drop down (see screenshot below):
2. You should see a list of all your pages on the next screen. Click "Manage" (next to "view") on the page you would like to add bank details to (see screenshot below). Note, if your page is frozen it will appear under the 'inactive pages' drop down within your account (see screenshot below):
If you're viewing your main page, you can also click the "Manage page" tab at the top.
3. Once you're viewing your dashboard, click on "Page Settings" on the left column (see screenshot below):
4. You should see "Page duration" on the next screen - this is where you can choose your preferred closing date (see screenshot below)
6. Once you have selected your preferred date, click 'Save duration'.
Be assured, you do not need to wait for the page to close in order to receive the funds - withdrawals can be made 14 days after your page receives it's first donation. For more information on how to withdraw the funds, please click here.
Please also note, once your Crowdfunding page has closed you will not have the option to change the page duration - once a page has closed/expired, a new one will need to be created. If you need any further help with this, just click here.
