If you haven't received any donations to your Crowdfunding page and wish to delete it, you can do this from within your account. 

To cancel your page, make sure you have logged into the correct JustGiving account.

1. Once you have logged in, click on your name in the top right then click the "Fundraising" option in the drop down (see screenshot below):

2. On the next page, you should see all of the pages you have created. Click "Manage" on the Crowdfunding page you would like to make edits to (see screenshot below):

3. Click 'Page settings' on the left (see screenshot below):

If you're on a mobile device, you will first need to click the three lines in the top left, before clicking 'Page settings' in the drop down:

4. Select 'Delete fundraiser'.

If your page has already received donations, you won't be able to cancel it from within your account. If your page has donations and you'd like to cancel it, you'll need to drop us an email and we'll arrange this for you.

Please note, requesting to cancel your page will mean any donations that have not been withdrawn will be refunded back to your donors, so you won't receive the funds.
