How do I make a monthly donation?

The option to donation monthly will be visible during the donation process (see screenshot below). 

Not all pages can accept monthly donations, but if the page is looking for long-term support and is open for an extended period of time, then monthly donations will be automatically enabled on the page. If a page is open for a shorter amount of time, then the monthly donation option will not be available.

How long will my monthly donations last?

Crowdfunding pages will indicate how long their cause is running for on the page, just beneath the cover photo.

Whilst page owners can extend their page at any time for up to a year, you will receive monthly notifications of the page's closing date via an email receipt.

Monthly donations will continue until the page closes, unless you cancel your donation.

How do I cancel my monthly donations?

You can cancel your monthly donation at any time from within your account. All you need to do is head to "Account and preferences" and under "Monthly donations", you will see the option to cancel any existing regular donations. You can also cancel recurring donations by contacting your bank directly.

What happens when the page closes?

Monthly donors will be notified when the page closes and the donation will be cancelled. There will be no further charges to your payment method.
