You can see a full list of everyone that's donated to your page from within your account. You'll see their name, how much they’ve given and their email address (if they’ve chosen to share it with you), even if they show as anonymous on your page.
Here is how to find a list of your donors:
- Log in to your account
- Select "Fundraising"
- Click on the relevant page. If on a mobile device, click the "Menu" option in the top left corner
- Select the "Donations" tab and then '’See all donations"
- Click the individual donations to see the details.
If the 'display name' is anonymous and the 'email' field is blank in the CSV, this means the donor has chosen not to share their details with you.
How can I thank donors?
When somebody donates, we email a receipt to them automatically. This includes a thank you message which you can edit in the admin area of your account.
To edit your thank you message, follow steps one to three above and click on 'Page Settings'. Enter your personal thank-you message and click 'Save message'.
If you'd like to thank your donors personally, you can download the CSV file referenced above to see which supporters have chosen to share their email address. You can then use those email addresses to contact and thank them directly.
