How do I add money that I've raised offline?

There are two different ways to reflect

Update Raised Offline total

You can add donations not raised through JustGiving as a 'Raised Offline' amount so they're included in your fundraising total and are itemized in your supporter's list. Here's how:

  1. Log in to your account and click on your name/icon in the top right corner and select 'Fundraising'
  2. Click 'Edit' on the page you'd like to add the balance to
  3. Click 'Donations' along the side of the page or within the collapsed menu option

        4. Select 'Manage offline donations' followed by 'Add offline donation'. Then fill in the 'Name' field (if relevant) and the 'Amount' field and then 'Add'.

5. The offline donation amount and name will show in the supporter's section of your fundraising page and your fundraising total.

Note: It isn't possible to add offline donations to a Crowdfunding page. Visit our Crowdfunding help area for more info.

Make an online donation using your own credit/debit card

Alternatively, you can pay the donations into your own bank account and make an online donation via your JustGiving page. If you choose this option and are a UK taxpayer, make sure that you un-tick the Gift Aid option during the donation process. Gift Aid should only be claimed when an eligible donor is making their own donation, not on behalf of someone else or a group.
