Deleting your JustGiving account

Having a JustGiving account helps us give you the best possible service. It allows you to donate more quickly, view your donation history for tax purposes, and download receipts when you need them.

If you’d like to permanently delete your JustGiving account, you’ll need to contact our Support team. Once your account is deleted, you won’t be able to access your donation history or recover your account.
