Organised charity events
If you’re taking part in an organised charity event, we’re unable to change the event details on your fundraising page. This is because the event is managed by the charity, and changing it would update the information for everyone taking part.
If the event details on your page aren’t correct, you have a couple of options:
- Update your page title, summary and story to explain the correct details of your event: How to edit your Fundraising page
- Cancel your page and create a new one for the correct event: How do I cancel my page
If you create a new page for the same charity, you can add the amount you’ve already raised using the ‘raised offline’ feature. Don’t worry — your charity will still receive the money you’ve raised, as donations are sent to them weekly: How do I add offline amounts

Personal challenges
If you’re taking part in a personal challenge (for example, a run or walk you’ve organised yourself) and the date has changed, you can edit this in your page settings: How do I edit my event
