If you have connected Strava to your fundraising page but your activities are not pulling through as expected, below are a few steps that should help.
Check your Strava privacy settings
Please check that the privacy setting for your Strava activities isn't set to "Only You".
You can check this in your Strava privacy settings. Under Activities, make sure the visibility is set to "Everyone" so your activity data can pull through to your JustGiving page.
If your privacy settings are already correct but your activities still aren't appearing, please try the below steps.
Disconnect Strava from JustGiving
- Log in to your JustGiving account.
- Click your name in the top-right corner and select Apps
- Under Strava, select Disconnect from Strava
Remove JustGiving from Strava
Visit your Strava app settings and check whether JustGiving is still connected.
If JustGiving appears there, select Revoke Access to remove the connection.

Please wait 15 minutes before reconnecting so the change can be processed.
Reconnect Strava
Go back to your JustGiving fundraising page and connect Strava again. Once you've reconnected, any new activities you record should start pulling through to your page.
What about activities you've already recorded?
Activities recorded before you reconnected may not automatically appear. You can try re-triggering them by changing the activity visibility in Strava from "Everyone" to "Only You", waiting a few minutes, and then changing it back to "Everyone".
Strava explains how to change this in their Activity Privacy Controls guide.
If the activity still doesn't appear, you can add it manually to your fundraising page:
- Log in to your JustGiving account.
- Select your fundraising page.
- Select Updates on the left-hand side
- Select Fitness.
- Enter the activity details and post your update
