How do I make a monthly donation to a charity?

Its's super quick and easy to set up a monthly donation to a charity. You just need to search for your chosen charity here and click on the 'Donate' button on your charity's JustGiving homepage.

On the next page, select the option to give 'Monthly' and follow the steps through. 

How do I edit my monthly donation? 

Unfortunately, it's not currently possible to edit a monthly donation. You will need to cancel your current monthly donation and set up a new monthly donation for the new amount/correct Gift Aid option/correct account. 

How do I cancel my monthly donation?

You can cancel your monthly donation at any time from within your account. All you need to do is log in to your account and select 'Monthly donations'. Here you will see the option to cancel any existing regular donations. 

Alternatively, you can contact your bank to request that your Direct Debit be cancelled. You are covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee so your bank will be able to do this for you right away.

Please be aware that it can take between 5 - 10 working days to cancel a Direct Debit, so if your next payment is due to be taken within the next 10 days you may still be charged at the original amount.
