All JustGiving pages have an expiry date. This depends on the type of page you've created and when it was set up. If you're taking part in an organised event, like a run or a cycle, your page will expire three months after the event has taken place.
How to update your page expiry date:
- Log into your account and select 'Fundraising'.
- Click 'Edit' underneith the page you want to extend.
- Click 'Page settings' and alongside 'Expiry date' click 'Edit' and add a new date for your page to expire.
- Save your changes.
To reactivate an old fundraising page, log into your account, click on your name in the top right hand corner and select 'Fundraising'. Choose 'Previous' and click 'Edit' underneath the page you'd like to reactivate. Click 'Page settings' and alongside 'Expiry date' click 'Edit' and add a new date for your page to expire.
