All JustGiving pages have an expiry date. This depends on the type of page you've created and when it was set up. If you're taking part in an organised event, like a run or a cycle, your page will have an expiry date three months after the event has taken place. If you want to continue raising money, the page can be extended from within your JustGiving account.
If your page is still active, here's how to extend the expiry date:
- Log into your account and select 'Fundraising'
- Click on the page you want to extend
- Head to "Page Settings" on the left side of the screen
- Click on 'Edit' to the right of the expiry date
- Select a date in the future from the calendar as a new expiry date
If your page has already closed and you want to reactivate it, follow the below steps:
- Log into your account
- Click on your name in the top right corner
- Select "Fundraising" from the drop down menu
- Select 'Previous' to see your expired pages
- Click on the page you'd like to reactivate
- Head to "Page Settings" on the left side of the screen
- Click on 'Edit' to the right of the expiry date
- Select a date in the future from the calendar as a new expiry date
- Click 'Save' and your page will be reactivated
