All JustGiving pages have an expiry date. This depends on the type of page you've created and when it was set up. If you're taking part in an organised event, like a run or a cycle, your page will expire three months after the event has taken place.
How to update your page expiry date:
- Log into your account and alongside your page on the left hand side, click 'Edit your page'
- Click 'Settings'
- Choose a new date for your page to expire, under "Extend your page" and click on the blue 'Save date' button.
To reactivate an old fundraising page, log into your account, click on your name in the top right hand corner and select 'Your Fundraising'. Choose 'See your inactive pages' and select the page you'd like to reactivate. Click on the blue 'Extend your page' button.
