Once your Crowdfunding Page is up and running, it's super important to let your supporters know how you're doing, as well as thanking them for their support. You can also add photos and YouTube videos in your updates.

Once you have posted your update(s), they'll appear on your page underneath your story. Here's how to post an update:

1. Log into the correct JustGiving account, and click on the name in the top right then click the "Fundraising" option in the drop down (see screenshot below):

2. You should see a list of all your pages on the next screen. Click "View" (next to 'Manage') on the page you would like to post an update to (see screenshot below). Note, if your page is frozen it will appear under the 'previous' drop down within your account.

If you're viewing your main page, you can also click the 'Manage' tab at the top.

3. Once you're viewing your page, scroll down and you'll see an option that states 'Post an update' underneath the 'Share your page' section (see screenshot):

3. Simply type the message you want to leave, and once you are ready to share your update, click 'Post'.
