I can't take part in my event, what happens to donations?

Donations are automatically sent to charities on a weekly basis. Due to this, we will need their authorisation, before being able to issue refunds. 

If any of your donors would like a refund, contact your charity as soon as possible. Once the charity have given the authorisation, your donor can contact us here to let us know.

Please be aware that we are unable to refund donations made over 6 months. The charity will need to refund these directly to the donors for you. We're also not able to refund some donations at the moment, depending on the payment method used. For more information on this, please visit this article.
